I have used Joseph and crew for a couple projects. In both cases I was totally pleased with the installation and professional service he provided. He is prompt, returns emails and calls (a rarity these days), easy to work with and did an excellent installation job. In 2023, he replace the 35 year old carpet in my house with laminate flooring,came out looking great with no transition strips between rooms and over a year later the plank joints are still tight and true. Recently had him install some higher end carpet in the master bedroom. I had picked out the carpet and color, Joseph was able to order it at a decent price and promptly do the installation, looks fantastic!
